I can't stop baking...Vegan of course!
I made Chocolate Orange Brownies, with a fudgey orange frosting. I've also been trying to perfect my Bakewell Slice, it's getting there!
I'm going to attempt muffins soon, using a different binder. I've just been using egg replacer and a little sunflower oil in place of eggs/lard etc. But I wannna play around with recipes, see what works best and gives nicest flavours. I have plenty of tasting volunteers ;)
I will probably put some recipes with photos up on here over the next couple of weeks... x
